Buyers Policies:
We know you are going to cherish your new original or commissioned artwork from Ken Vrana Art. We accept credit cards through Square Up with this Website. We do not accept cash or checks or collect deliveries. All transactions for artwork for Ken Vrana Art will go through this website, any outside transactions are not accepted.
Once you purchase the artwork through our site, there is a 3-5 day processing period. Your shipping address will need to be confirmed, with your payment before your order is prepared for shipping. Your artwork will ship between 7-10 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number to the e-mail provided at time of purchase. We do not allow pick-ups, ship to PO Boxes or in person deliveries.
If you have a change of address, you must let us know the change of address within the 3-5 days of processing time. Shipping to a different address than the purchaser’s address will result in extra days for confirmation of address. Failure to place in a change of address within the processing period will result in the artwork being shipped to the confirmed purchaser’s address.
Return policy for original and commissioned artworks: We do not offer refunds on original or commissioned artwork. Once the artwork leaves our gallery, we do not accept returns of the artworks back. If you purchase an artwork and wish to not accept the piece, you have the 3-5 days processing time to contact us and cancel the order. Anything after the 5 days after purchase, will be considered your ownership of the product and will be shipped to the confirmed shipping address.
Our shipping company is FedEx. If you wish to use UPS, we must have an account number in order to ship and delivery liabilities are that of the customers. We do our best to package your artwork with care and we insure all pieces. If you receive a damage piece through shipping, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of the item.
Commissioned Policies:
When contracting for a commissioned artwork/piece, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit, with the balance of the other 50% due at time of shipping. All materials associated with the commissioned artwork such as photographs, sketches, drawings, may not be returned to its owner. Please do not send original items, best materials copies is Adobe PDF files.
Time frame for the final product will be quoted at time of contracting. Size and detail of the piece will be a determining factor. If you wish to have it in a certain artist style or influence, please indicated that in the beginning.
Any requested changes to the commissioned artwork will result in a further delay of the finished product. The final product will be solely of the artist discretion, as it is an interpretation of his vision for the artwork/piece.
